These are things that have been rattling around my head lately and thought I’d put them on here see what people thought. There’s a few about Rumplestiltskin (I have a thing for him, it’s the leather trousers of his lol) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gaston come on you had good intentions but you thought knocking on Rumplestiltskin’s door and giving him a speech was the right thing to do in front of the most powerful creature to rescue someone who was happy where she was, He deserved what he got .------------------------------------------------------------------------- When Mary Margaret told Emma about her affair with David she said she was discrete how discrete is making-out in the middle of the street as well as being opposite Regina. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is something about the Blue Fairy that I just don’t trust, she lies and hurts people around her look what she did to nova and grumpy and then he lied to snow and charming and made a deal with Geppetto to save Pinocchio then when snow went into labour she expected Geppetto to hand over his child to the curse and of course she gave Rumplestiltskin the idea that a curse would take him to Baelfire, when the Evil Queen talks about the curse she must of known Rumplestiltskin was the 1 that created it but kept quiet on what she knew and let them all suffer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- When the Curse broke I’d of expected everyone outside looking for their loved ones but no just Snow & Charming ------------------------------------------------------------------------- If magic is truly back wont they have to start worrying about red at the full moon. With no cloak. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Who created the Fairytale Book and where did it come from it would of come over with everybody else yet why was Emma in it yet Pinocchio wasn’t. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- How did the curse effect the Mad-Hatter as he was in Wonderland which was a different world to Fairytale Land and the curse would of just taken then else Storybrooke should be so much bigger. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Emma touched the Story Book many times why did her memories not come back sooner. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- If Regina used the last of her magic how was she supposed to make Jefferson and Grace a new story together. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- How did the Huntsman survive having his heart ripped out yet Daniel died? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think to break the curse you needed not just Emma but Henry as well, he bought her to Storybrooke and it was the kiss of a mother to her child that broke the curse. Emma was the product of the magic as Rumple puts it but Henry is the product of her so he’s got to be part of it I think that’s why Henry was the only one that saw the truth. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- When they do get back to Fairytale Land wont Henry and Cinderella’s Daughter be unable to enter as they were born in the real world and magic might stop them .------------------------------------------------------------------------- What did Rumplestiltskin do to Regina for her to hold Bell and stop his Happy Ending. How did she know who belle was when she was walking down the road in Fairytale Land as Rumple had the mirrors all covered up. I don’t think she really wanted to make a deal with him over a mermaid I think she wanted to see how much Belle meant to him so she could use her at a later date and he told her in the way he spoke and by how upset he was .------------------------------------------------------------------------- How did she know about the Chipped Cup as the mirrors were covered up and he only put it on the pedestal after she left and also how did she know that the cup was bought with him to get anyone to steal it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think Mr Gold/Rumple has been biding his time with Moe French waiting for the right time to make him suffer but when he took belle’s cup he snapped and wanted to inflict as much pain as possible for what Rumple thought French did to Belle in Fairytale Land. I also think he was talking about himself over Rumple rejecting her like she said he would regret it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- How Did Jefferson know who Belle was or where Regina was hiding her or what Belle meant to Rumple/Gold or that Belle was even alive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is bits I love about the Rumple and Belle in the last episode.When Belle walks into Rumple/Gold shop and he hesitantly steps up to her and squeezes her arm and says your real. Doesn’t it break your heart because you know he sees her standing in front of him all the time, Although why would he be imagining her hospital gown?When he said She did this to you. You know that Regina better find a very deep hole to hide in because he will kill her.How upset he is when she doesn’t recognise him, but I think he was that happy to have her back. When the curse is broken and Belle remembers and says his name when he slowly turns round he seemed afraid it may be because he thought she would reject him like he did to her and then after 28 years she tells him she love’s him and he says the same to her. (Rumple ain’t the kind of guy that says that and gets emotional so you know he means it) These two are making me an emotional wreck, but they are worth it, Ill just buy lots of tissue. lol Well that’s it sorry it’s long but if anyone wants to discuss anything I said I would be happy to.:D | |

1. Agree 2. Agree 3. Totally Agree! She is evil. And not in an over the top you-might-hate-them-but-you-have-to-admire-their-style kinds of way like Regina and Rumple. She's just evil. 4. I think everyone is very confused right now. Snow didn't look for Charming, she was just wandering along the street vaguely. Charming was the one who found her. Like he promised! 5.Probably. 6. Who knows? Perhaps it was created by the curse itself so that there was the possibility of it being broken one day. 7. Regina said she brought him to Storybrooke, and his curse was that he remembered everything, while watching his daughter remember nothing and be raised in another family. 8. Emma only had the flashback from touching the book after she believed in the curse. Or more likely the possibility of the curse. Before that she didn't believe, so it didn't affect her. 9. She just lied. 10. Cora also crushed Daniel's heart at the same time, Regina just kept Graham's in a box for 28 years. They only die when their heart is crushed. 11. Agreed. Henry was also born in this world, so the curse doesn't affect him. 12. Who knows? Perhaps they could get in though Jefferson's hat. 13. Rumple had more power that Regina. That's why she took Belle, because he loved her and to Regina 'Love is weakness.' It was probably quite widespread news of the deal between Belle's father Maurice and Rumple, which is how Regina found out. I don't think she actually realised how he felt about her until she tried to make a joke about it when she went to make a deal about that mermaid. I think it was only after that coversation that she took Belle prisoner. After all, she was clearly free when she spoke to Dreamy in the tavern, even though she had left the Dark Castle. 14. Regina probably saw it on another visit later. Regina brought stuff through with her, so it would be logical to assume that the creator of the curse could do the same. 15. Agreed. 16. I hope it's covered in S2! Also how she was taken prisoner by Regina. 17. I don't think he really noticed the hospital gown, just her and the fact that she was dirty, confused and alive right in front of him. I can't wait to see how he deals with all of this! | |

Just added the Hospital Gown line in as a joke. It was just a scene that realy loved and upset me. I know what the Mad-Hatters curse was but how was regina able to take him from Wonderland as the curse was confind to Fairytale Land and he wasn't there only Grace was plus you can also say that he was technicly dead has he had his head chopped off. | |

Gaston's fate kind of botherd me, not that I had much sympathy for him but how Belle was unwittingly involved. I don't know if he could have survived being turned into a rose, but Rumple gives the Gaston Rose to Belle and just lets her cut it- Gaston is never seen again so unless he appears in Storybrooke I assume Belle finished him off. What was worse was how Belle talked about how shallow Gaston was right before she sheared him. Was he all that shallow if he risked his life trying to save her? As much as Belle did not care about Gaston I doubt she wanted to hurt or kill him.
I love that scene where MM tells Emma they tried to be discrete. As Emma said "You're a love-sick schoolteacher, discretion is not your strong suit." lol, it was so cute.
The Blue Fairy is a b*tch. When she was all snarky at Rumple after he lost his son I wanted to slap her. She does not seem to understand humans at all. Supposedly she is 'good' but I think love is a foreign concept to her. Like in Dreamy she was so against allowing one fairy and one dwarf fall in love when there are many other fairies (and I assume dwarves) to do what fairies and dwarves are supposed to do. I am not sure if the blue Fairy is evil, but I do wonder. In Snow Falls Snow has that fairy dust that came from an evil fairy - probably not from the Blue Fairy but fairies are capable of evil. I also wondered if Cinderella's fairy godmother was evil because of what Rumple said after he murdered her, but he could have just been trying to get away with murder and he hates fairies. I came across an interesting theory about the fairies' magic being a sort of curse, like Rumple's dark one power, if fairies fall in love they lose their wings and I assume also their power.
I love Red, and really hope she gets a couple episodes and that seeking her cloak is the plot to one of them. Ruby might have her cloak in a closet but it would be more exciting if Rumple has it.
Can't wait for them to reveal the book's author. I like to think that the Dark Curse itself created the book, which would probably mean Rumple made it. But I have a few other authors I'm theorizing about, such as: The Mirror/Genie - that guy could see everything including the very end of the book where Emma goes through the wardrobe. Maybe he stil had some genie magic or writing utensils with him in the mirror. That his counterpart in Storybrooke is a writer- news reporter- could not just be a coincidence. Regina - I'm basing this solely on the fact that Henry said that Hansel & Gretel's father abandoned them and Regina told the kids that their father abandoned them- the father was abducted, he did not abandon them. If the book says their father abandoned his children why did it use the same lie as Regina? Baelfire is a favorite potential author but as far as we know he has not been in FTL since he went through the vortex so how would he know all of this? Unless he found his own way back, or met up with August and August told him everything. Jefferson - He's unhinged but he seems to know everything like where Belle was locked up. But he did not seem to know anything about hte book when Emma mentioned it to him.
I don't think it was touching the book that made her believe, and I don't think it brought back memories of being a newborn. I think it was that Henry went into a death-like sleep immediately after eating the apple turnover, Dr Whale not being able to determine what was causing it and saying "It's like-" <i>magic</i> would finish that sentence, she dumped out the bag, saw the book and everything clicked into place. Like when August showed her his leg, she could not see until she wanted to believe and then she could not deny it anymore. "If Regina used the last of her magic how was she supposed to make Jefferson and Grace a new story together." I think Jefferson was desperate enough to do anything to get his daughter back to the point where he'd miss how he was obviously being screwed. Or, as the one who cast the Dark Curse, she could alter it such as changing the victims' false memories.
I don't think so... But I wonder if there is even a FTL for them to go back to. When the Dark Curse came it was like the world was being torn apart and landmarks from FTL can be found in Storybrooke. The Blue Fairy said something about "Sacrificing this world for the next".
I think Belle uncovered the mirrors, as well as windows, from time to time, she thought Rumple only covered them because he thought he was ugly. Also I think Regina could spy through any reflective surface.

I don't trust the fairies, partly because I was raised on the traditional stories of them that showed them as tricksters, and if you messed with them, their revenge made Rumpelstilskin's deals sound like a Barney epidode. I'm researching some of the stories of my youth and they still scare the living daylights out of me! | |

Woodrow, I like you was taught the origional stories about Fairy's and they can no way be classed as good, Being Tricksters wasn't the worst of it, people have actually killed people because they believed that they were possesed by a Fairy as they went into a wood where they were supposed to be. I also remember tales of children being taken which is probly why they said only a child could see them but this was in the 1800's and they were very suppersticious back then. | |

Yeah, I agree about superstitions (of course, we have plenty now, but I digress),. However, so help me, when I visit the fairy places in Ireland--even though I know it's a story--suddenly I'm seven years old and want to sleep with the lights on. | |

We as a people have become to skeptical about the world around us that we refuse to see it, so truth gets mingled with Myths (from Fairy's to Goblins and all the others, It would take to long to name them all lol) down through the centuries, Thats a place i would love to go as alot of the Mythical lore origionates in Ireland. I have loved it all since i was a child it totaly fascinates me and it still does. | |

So true! Except of course there is a great deal of truth in the myths (imho). Myth often gets a bad rap. Myths are the way people conveyed what was written on the human heart in a manner that could be understood by them. Tolkien writes a great deal about this. Forget the title of the essay he wrote. Kind of wonder if the writers are going to develop the modern twist on this | |

True like the tale of Atlantis that they didn't believe was real but people have gone back and studied the myth and have now even found the place and the Peole.But the grimm tales were never there's they were old long time before they heard them and they just worked it into what we know as the fairytale today but each one has a truth init somewhere Tolkien was a genius, He never believed in the normal always kept his eyes open for what else is in this world,, which is way all his work was so eye-opening, Arthur Conan Doyle believed aswell but alas they just called him crazy. This is the first time i can have a conversation about Fairies and mythical lore and i ain't being laughed at. lol | |
