Spoilers Ahead!
Spoiler TV has a synopsis for Episode 2x13 - "Tiny"
Cora brings the giant to Storybrooke, where he unleashes vengeance on the town. Greg asks Belle what she saw on the night of his accident. Emma and Henry go with Mr. Gold to search for his son while Anton the Giant befriends humans.

So is the giant 'unleashing vengeance on the town' or making friends...??
I guess both, Laura. I'm thinking Emma might talk him down before she leaves. The giant and Emma have an interesting relationship. Greg...? Gonna have to go back and try to find that name. I thought the Outsiders name was Barron, but I could be confusing characters.
*Barret. So who is the person that Belle talks to? The only person named Greg I could find was Victor's father, but I think I'm missing something. Maybe a new character?

Well there are spoiler pictures of the Giant being pulled out of a big hole. Maybe when he tries to unleash his vengeance he ends up in a hole? Then when he is rescued he realizes all humans aren't bad then makes friends?
I don't know, it didn't make sense to me either that he is unleashing vengeance and making pals. That's the best I could come up with.
If Cora is trying to get revenge bringing him here, she probably would have been better off bringing an Ogre.

Barrett may have been a fake name to throw us off? I believe Quinn (Red's werewolf friend) was originally listed as a wizard who uses good magic or something like that.

Yeah, this is a perplexing description. (How reliable is Spoiler TV?) Gold leaving with Emma and Henry in tow seems plausible (especially that scene in the promo for the season - I think- when he is asking them to come with him). I don't know why he'd want to bring Henry, though; I mean, how much help would Henry be?
As for the Giant, I really thought he was dead at this point. I figured he would be a part of a flashback, but maybe they felt he was too popular to kill off. I too find it difficult to understand why Cora would bring him into Storybrooke....

I am actually more curious on how Cora can simply just "teleport" the Giant into Storybrooke when it's almost impossible for anyone to teleport there in the first place. 
It really bothers me on how easily people can come and go as they please, especially because Rumpel made it out to be like some impossible feat.
I am curious to see if Belle has her memories, or at least SOME of her memories back. Part of me wants Rumpel to work and "fight" for her to gain her memories back, but the other part just wants me to see them live happily ever after ASAP. I guess in the long run I kinda want her to gain her memories back later.

Savior, I thought of the giant thing, too. Maybe Cora takes the ship back and returns with him? No idea.
As for the Outsider thing, maybe his name was Barrett and in this world its Greg. That seems to be a logical conclusion. We'll see. I was kinda hoping he'd be Bae coming into town as Rumple was leaving, and that he saved his dad's life, but I doubt it.

the outsider's name is Greg Mendel (aka famous scientist and father of genetics)
