International Viewers: Beware of Spoilers

In Episode 15, August talked about Lemurs in Nepal.

Ruby: What was your favorite place?

August: Nepal. Best people. They have these prayer temples carved into mountains that are overrun with lemurs.

Ruby: What’s a lemur?

August: They’re little animals. And they have these eyes that reflect light, so at night it looks like they glow.

I am thinking that maybe when August said Lemurs he could he be talking about the lost continent of Lemuria (much like Atlantis). Lemuria or "Mu" "is the name of a mythical continent purported to have been in the Indian and Pacific Oceans.

The lost continent derives its name from the primate lemur belonging to the group prosimians. Lemurs now inhabit Madagascar island, the surrounding smaller islands and Comoros island." There are some Lemuria researches who believe that there are secret libraries in many temples in India, Nepal and Tibet that have documents referencing the existence of Lemuria.

I also read some articles claiming that the concept and the name "Lemuria" or "Mu", was supposedly proposed by 19th century traveler and writer Augustus Le Plongeon, who claimed that several ancient civilizations, such as those of Egypt and Mesoamerica, were created by refugees from Mu.

Nice coincidence that the person is named Augustus and is also a writer much like August W. Booth. Anyway, some Lemuria researchers also call this lost continent "Mu" or "Zu" and some actually suggested "Oz". Is Oz the lost continent of Lemuria?
