Fanhattan: What do you watch on television?

Bailee Madison: I love Once Upon a Time. I’m obsessed with that show and I got to play young Snow White on it for one episode. Then they brought me back. I got to go back and do another episode for the second season which I’m ecstatic about, really, really excited. I watch that and Food Network. My mom and I love to sit down and watch movies.

Fanhattan: So you’re young Ginnifer Goodwin? When do you go back for that?

Bailee Madison: I don’t know when it’s releasing but I already filmed it. I just got back from it. It’s early on in the season and I’m really excited to be a part of it. It is great to get to go back there and put in my contacts and see the cast. Everyone works so hard and the crew is so lovely so it was fun. I love the show and I just about fainted when they said I could come back.

Fanhattan: That must be back in the old fairy tale days because you wouldn’t be in the present day as young Snow.

Bailee Madison: No, no, it wouldn’t. It’s all fairy tale.

Fanhattan: What do you love about the sets and costumes on that show?

Bailee Madison: Eduardo [Castro] is such a fantastic costume designer. All of them are and I just love how they’re able to, with everyone’s costume and with the set, able to totally transform you with the power that they have. For me just to be able to walk on there and see the green screen and put on that dress again, and I was in the trailer talking to them and I was like, “Do you guys realize how much you transform a character?” They really do. They have a huge part in it and their crew is fantastic so it was a blast. I love the show.

Fanhattan: Do you get to meet Jennifer Morrison when you do those episodes?

Bailee Madison: We definitely ran into each other. The last time I was pulling up after my day of work and I walked out and she was there. I was like, “Jennifer!” And she hugged me. She really is just so wonderful, so kind to me. She was like, “I hope we get a scene together.” I was like, “Me too. I’m writing ideas, I promise.” To be able to work with her would be an honor. I love her work, I love what she does. I worked with Jennifer Morrison on House. I remember the first time I pulled up there I was like, “You think she’ll remember me?” And she stuck her head out of her trailer and she said, “Bailee, do you remember me?” I was like, “You remembered me! Yes, I do!” So it was fun. I love Jennifer.
